This is a post chemical peel tip for you if you’re planning to do a chemical peel anytime soon or you just did a chemical peel. You want to do a chemical peel today or tomorrow, this tip is for you, hold it dear to your heart.
Now after your chemical peel treatment, once thing that your aesthetician or your dermatologist would not stop saying is try as much as possible to avoid sun exposure, avoid it like your life depends on it so even if you’re home, you’ll want to still apply your sunscreen.
Now there are different types of sunscreen. We are aware of the roll-on sunscreen, we have the cream sunscreen, we have different types of sunscreen.
I can’ find my roll-on sunscreen here so here is the cream sunscreen. Now one thing you want to have in your stash is the spray sunscreen. The spray sunscreen is so easy to apply.
Why do I recommend a spray sunscreen just after a chemical peel procedure is because a lot of us, when we have products on our face, we’re not comfortable, we want to like blend it in. but you see if you have your soothing cream on your face, you can actually just spray this one on your face.
Dab it in and then you are good to go. And another thing that you don’t want to be out of your bag is this umbrella. Your umbrella might not be as small as this one but you actually need an umbrella if at all you want to be going out.
Aside getting an umbrella, if you don’t have access to a small umbrella like this, you can get a hat. Like those beach hats, as long as it’s covering your face. This is after applying your sunscreen. I know you applied the sunscreen but we’re trying to like ensure that the sun is not coming from anywhere.
So you have this umbrella, you have your sunscreen spray, this should always be in your bag if at all you’re going out. We want to avoid anything heat. You don’t want to do strenuous exercise. There are a whole lot of them but I want to emphasize on these two for the sake of comfortability.
You want to be comfortable applying your sunscreen and you want to be sure you’re overly protected by using your umbrella or your beach hat.
