Thank you for choosing to book with us, we can’t wait to meet with you and help you achieve your skin goals. Appointments are fully automated and you can book 24/7. Please ensure to read our booking policy before continuing with your booking
At Soibi Aesthetic Clinic, we value your time and trust in our services. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following booking policies:
Appointment Scheduling:
● All new clients will start their journey with a skin consultation so only book a skin consultation. If another appointment is booked, you will be asked to have a skin consultation appointment on arrival.
● Appointments can be made via phone, instagram DM, email or through our website: soibiaestheticclinic.com
● We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
● Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
● We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we respect your need to cancel or reschedule appointments.
● Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Late Arrival:
● We strive to maintain punctuality for all our clients. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
● If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
No-show Policy:
● Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice not only affects our schedule but also denies other clients the opportunity for treatment.
● IF you DO NOT SHOW for your appointment, we will charge a no-show fee of 50% off payment made, and future appointments may need to be scheduled at the discretion of Soibi Aesthetic Clinic. In the event of any rescheduled appointments, service must be redeemed within 30 days or payment will be forfeited.
Payment:
● All payments required at the time of booking or appointment will not be secured. SOIBI AESTHETIC CLINIC offers an appointment only basis. We are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment.
As a courtesy to our clients, SOIBI AESTHETIC CLINIC offers appointment reminders through text, email and/or phone. We will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 24 hrs prior to your appointment to avoid missing appointments.
Please check your email/text/phone 24 hours prior to your appointment time for the final confirmation that must be responded to or the appointment will be rescheduled.
It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. If appointment is missed, attempt to reschedule must be made within seven (7) business days or appointment will automatically be cancelled as a no-show.
This policy is non-negotiable. By making appointments with SOIBI AESTHETIC CLINIC, you are agreeing to these terms.
Appointment Checklist:
1. Kindly come in without makeup if you are doing a facial treatment or consultation.
2. Photos would be taken prior, during and after treatments for clinical documentation.
