Let’s talk dark circles. A lot of people struggle with dark circles. And the truth is, it is what we can actually manage because I have had my own fair share of dark circles. We have two culprits to dark circles. Number one is hereditary. It is either hereditary or in your lifestyle. Now, if your lifestyle is not lifestyling, you are bound to have dark circles.
Now we have some triggers to dark circles when it comes to your lifestyle. Insomnia, insomnia means you’re not sleeping well. Dehydration means that you are not drinking a lot of water. You are not taking a lot of water and then you’re not applying hydrating products externally in your skin.
And allergies as well, you know when you have allergies, you tend to itch. So steady rubbing your eyes, itching can cause dark circles. Straining your eyes as well, when you strain your eyes so much, watching TV, or always on your screen. I know some of us our job requires us staying on the screen. So to prevent dark circles you can get anti-blue light glasses. No, they are not prescription glasses, it’s what you buy and use if you are always on your screen. Sun exposure is another trigger to dark circles. And thinning, when your skin is thinned out, it kind of makes that area sag and it looks somehow. You know when you have dark circles, you kind of look older than your age and it’s not nice.
Let’s come back to what I use for dark circles, I use the Tri Vita C and E-serum from Soibi Botanicals. It’s been a life saver. I use it morning and night, like every day
